I co-host a movie podcast with Seann Walsh here: (https://audioboom.com/channel/walsh-on-film)

In 2015 I took my show ‘Laugh Yourself Thin’ to the Edinburgh Festival. This is what press type people thought of it:

‘Very funny show’ (Time Out) ‘Gags of the highest order’ (Broadway baby ****) ‘Master of one liners’ (one4review *****) “A talented comic with an artisan’s grasp of joke-writing” (Chortle ****)

“A talented comic with an artisan’s grasp of joke-writing” (Chortle ****) “fiendishly clever”  Bruce Dessau “perfectly-timed, clever one-liners” (Leicester Mercury) ‘exceptional quick witted comedy’ (Bristol Post) ‘hilarious one-liners’ (Edinburgh Festival Magazine****) “Positive, warm hearted comedy firmly rooted in stand up and not whimsy.” Julia Chamberlain – Jongleurs Comedy Clubs”

Sandi Smith

Sandi is a West Country based comedian who began performing in 2013, telling her stories with ascerbic wit whilst managing to maintain a warm connection with her audiences. In her first six months of performing, she reached the semi final of Funny Women and the heats of the BBC New Comedy Awards.

She’s currently performing around the country as MC and opener for comedy events.

Deceptively spacious, she must be seen to be appreciated.

“Sandi is a breath of fresh air to stand up comedy, shes very very funny and so good for someone so new to the circuit, see her now before you have to wait for returns to  her future sell out shows!” Patrick Monahan

“Very good indeed. Great material and audiences love her.”  Nick Page

“A refreshing female approach…” Expose

“Sandi really lit up the room, and earned a lot of support from the crowd” Guide2Bristol

Supporting Act – Andy Stedman

Stedman says “My comedy career has thus far seen me perform my debut Edinburgh Fringe show “Nine Months & Counting” (2016) and this year I am currently writing my new show “Parental Guidance”, a tongue-in-cheek attempt at life advice for Freddie thinly disguised as a serious poignant show. As well as my Edinburgh shows, I have been busy performing at clubs for promoters including Piccadilly Comedy Club, Bearcat, Jongleurs, The Stand, The Comedy Club, Mirth Control, Coastal Comedy, Crack Comedy, Funhouse, Lonestar, Shaggers, Laughing Horse, Haslemere Fringe, Gag House and many more… I have also performed for private hen parties which was an ordeal, as well as hosting corporate events for FTSE 100 companies down to small start-ups. Gigging is great fun.”

“Stedman displays real talent in playing to his audience, creating and maintaining a friendly rapport which gives the show much of its charm.” Broadway Baby

Stedman’s voice is sure to melt hearts” – Uncut Magazine
