PLEASE NOTE OUR NEW BOX OFFICE OPENING HOURS.
The Box Office is
open to take bookings for most productions and events held at the Barnfield
Theatre, and is open:
Monday
to Friday:
10am - 4pm
Saturday: 10am - 2pm
Please phone the box office on 01392 270891.
Currently we do not sell
tickets for all events at the theatre.
For information of shows booking
at the Barnfield Theatre Box Office, and booking information for other shows
at the theatre, visit our What's
On page.
Our computerised booking
system enables us to print tickets for shows in real time.
This is part of our commitment to get Exeter's
Great City Centre Theatre back on the map, and make visiting the theatre a
more pleasant and easier experience.
Card Payments
We are now able to accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
A £1 booking fee applies per transaction.
Postal Bookings
Please make cheques or postal orders payable to BARNFIELD THEATRE and send
together with details of the following; the name of the production, the date
and time of the performance, the number of tickets required and the
type of these tickets (full, concession, child). Tickets will be kept at the
box office for your collection or posted to you if you include a SAE or add
a postage fee of 50p to your payment.
Reservations
If
tickets have not been paid for, they will be reserved for one week or up to
6 hours before the start of the performance, whichever is the earlier. After
this time we reserve the right to release the tickets for resale.
Re-sales
Unwanted tickets may be left at the Box Office for re-sale.
However, they will not be offered for re-sale until all theatre allocated
tickets for that show have been sold.
An administration cost of £1 per ticket will be charged for tickets re-sold.
Monies taken on behalf of re-sold tickets will be held for 28 days, if not
collected from the theatre after this period this money will be assumed as a
donation to Barnfield Theatre Ltd.
All other refunds will be at the managers discretion.
Children
Tickets must be purchased for children over the age of 2 years and the
theatre requests that children are supervised at all times.
Disabled Access
People with special access requirements are asked to contact the theatre
management prior to visiting the theatre.
